The eligible applicants for this solicitation are limited to the following entities within California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas: • County sheriff’s offices of any size • Rural law enforcement agencies (excluding county sheriff’s offices) serving jurisdictions with populations of fewer than 100,000 • Federally recognized Indian tribal governments (as determined by the Secretary of the Interior) Priority consideration will be given to applicants that represent jurisdictions located within 25 miles of the border between the United States and Mexico.
