GrantsJunction is designed to be used without an account. You can search, browse and use the Grant Finder without giving us any personal information.
Information we collect
- Search and finder inputs are part of the page address (URL) so results can be shared. They are processed to show results and may appear in server logs.
- Data issue reports. If you report an error, we store the page, issue type, your explanation, an optional source link and an optional email address (only if you choose to provide it), plus a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, time) for security and reliability.
Cookies and tracking
GrantsJunction does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers and does not sell personal information.
How we use information
To operate and secure the site, to review and fix reported data issues, and — if you provided an email address — to follow up on your report. We do not use your email for marketing.
Retention
Data issue reports are kept while they are useful for maintaining data quality, and emails attached to reports are deleted once the report is resolved.
Public records
Grant records shown on GrantsJunction come from public government sources. Agency contact details are shown only where the official notice publishes them for that opportunity.
