Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003, Division D - Energy and Water Development Appropriations, Title II, Sec. 201, Public Law (P. L.) 108-7 (43 USC 373d) authorizes Reclamation to enter into financial assistance agreements with Indian tribes and tribal organizations to increase opportunities to develop, manage, and protect tribal water and related resources.
