Any resulting award will be funded in increments. Funded award amendments maybe executed throughout a fiscal year. The actual amount of available Federal funding will vary from year to year and is subject to availability of funds, satisfactory performance, funding priorities of NIST, and is at the sole discretion of NIST. If a funding increment is provided, NIST has no obligation to provide any additional funding in connection with the award. NIST will seek to timely assess potential continuation of the award to provide further planned or supplemental funding, or to fulfill the planned or any additional period of performance.
