Program objective
Goal: Develop and enhance sustainable radiological/nuclear (R/N) detection and reporting capabilities among regional operational partners. Objectives: 1. Assist state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) agencies in developing R/N detection and reporting capability. 2. Establish information connectivity to support R/N alarm adjudication. 3. Establish administrative infrastructure to support an R/N detection program. 4. Establish coordination mechanisms between operational partners for steady-state operations, enhanced steady-state operations, and crisis and search operations.
