Uwgpc has established and maintained a coordinated process of awarding and monitoring funded partners. uwgpc requires with each application the agency's irs form 990s and most recent audit for review by the uwgpc audit committee. each applicant is also required their 501(c)(3) documentation as well as certification indicating compliance with the spirit and intent of the u. s. patriot act and other counterterrorism laws as requested. all staff and/or volunteers working directly with clients have been properly coried. as part of the rfp packet, applicants for funding submit a narrative for each initiative for which funding is sought to address urgent needs identified in the community as well as a corresponding budget proposal outlining costs and revenue sources. at the end the fiscal year, successful applicants must provide uwgpc with a year end report that documents progress on goals and objectives outlined in their proposals as well as the number of families and indiviuals served with uwgpc funds.
