Applications that represent a sustainable investment, incubate local expertise and capacity and serve historically underserved and economically disadvantage communities are especially encouraged. Grants should be for projects of up to 24 months, and grant requests should range from $100,000- - $400,000. Local governments, tribes and nonprofits are eligible to apply.
