Official synopsis as published by the agency, formatted for readability.

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit applications for a grant to conduct explosive remnants of war (ERW) clearance in southern Lebanon during fiscal year 2018. Specific goals, objectives, and technical requirements for application packages are detailed below. PM/WRA anticipates awarding up to $2,046,405 under this grant opportunity. Currently, PM/WRA supports three implementing partners in southern Lebanon but, in an effort to minimize duplicative administrative and overhead costs, those projects will be streamlined into one grant award.
