What it funds
Official synopsis as published by the agency, formatted for readability.
This project will support the Regional Framework Agreements RFAs on Air Pollution in Africa, with a specific focus on West Africa. The project funded through this award will build on the foundation of the West Africa RFA by building a regional community of practice to convene air quality experts, decision-makers, community groups, the private sector, and other air quality practitioners and stakeholders. The community will create knowledge and develop best practices to: improve air quality monitoring, modeling, forecasting, and data management; expand awareness and understanding of air quality issues; and develop and implement air quality management frameworks and clean air solutions across scales.
