OES-STAS welcomes applications from U.S.-based non-profit/non-governmental organizations subject to section 501(c) (3) of the U.S. tax code; and private, public, or state institutions of higher education. Foreign applicants are required to have an entity based in any of the Quad countries (Australia, India, or Japan). All relative work of the foreign applicant should be within the Quad associated countries.
