Program objective description: Increase access to and receipt of prevention, treatment, and recovery support services for individuals with substance use disorder in the community, in correctional settings, and upon reentry; reduce overdose deaths; and support law enforcement-related efforts, including locating or investigating illicit activities related to the unlawful distribution of opioids to promote public safety.
