To provide funds to conduct CERCLA activities which are not assignable to specific sites, but support a recipient's Superfund program. Funding Priority - Fiscal Year 2025: Continued support for non-site specific activities intended to develop and maintain a state or Indian tribe’s ability to participate in the Superfund remedial program.
