Program objective

The goal and objective of the FY26 Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program is to: Support the NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program) by building capability and capacity at the local level to identify flood-prone areas, maintain flood maps, and understand what actions will reduce the impacts of flooding. Deliver the mission and objectives of the NFIP through flood hazard identification and risk assessment.

Recipients/subrecipients, and if applicable, applicants/subapplicant are required to certify their compliance with federal statutes, DHS directives, policies, and procedures.
