Program objective

FIFA World Cup Grant Program (FWCGP) will provide the 11 U.S. based FIFA World Cup host cities with the resources to implement the necessary security measures for and strengthen capabilities around this series of 78 high-risk events. FWCGP funds will enhance the ability of local law enforcement, emergency responders, and public safety officials to prepare for, protect against, and respond to threats and emergencies during the World Cup matches.
