How it makes and monitors grants (Schedule I, Part IV)

In an effort to protect the integrity of our donation programs for our donors and nonprofits, good360 takes both reactive and proactive measures to ensure that member organizations requesting products from good360 are appropriate, approved 501(c)(3) organizations in good financial standing and are using the products received through good360 in an appropriate manner as outlined in good360's security and compliance agreement, which has been signed by the organization to receive these products. in addition to initial vetting, good360 has a security and compliance team that takes the following ongoing monitoring measures: a) annual review of charities' 990s and financial records to ensure the organization is in good financial standing and follows all appropriate charitable financial reporting standards; b) signed or e-signed security agreements for each order and membership renewal; c) routine address check; d) periodic distribution list requests made to charities; e) surveys regarding use and distribution sent to members; and f) review of delivery vendors' quarterly report on residential addresses. the list of grantee organizations in part ii is not exhaustive, due to the nature of one of good360's donation programs, retail match. the good360 retail match program is an arrangement where participating corporations donate goods to good360 at the retail store or community-based donating location level and facilitate the transfer of the goods to qualified recipients. all recipients
