NFL Foundation, Inc. ("Foundation") MAINTAINS RECORDS AND CONDUCTS ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE REVIEWS OF EXISTING GRANT PROGRAMS. BEGINNING WITH THE SELECTION PROCESS, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES ALL DETAILS ABOUT THE APPLICATION PROCESS AS WELL AS KEY DATES, SUBMISSION DEADLINES, REVIEW SESSIONS FINAL SELECTION AND, DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS. QUESTIONS ARE LAYERED WITHIN THE APPLICATION THAT HELP TO QUALIFY APPLICANTS ACCORDING TO OUR STATED FUNDING CRITERIA. ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES ARE DISCUSSED DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS TO DETERMINE WHICH ORGANIZATIONS WILL RECEIVE FUNDING. SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS ENTER INTO A FORMAL GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE FOUNDATION, WHICH OUTLINES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GRANT. THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS, MILESTONES, BUDGETARY GUIDELINES, AND ANY SPECIFIC OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS. GRANT PROGRESS REPORTS ARE MANDATED FOR GRANTEES TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT. THE FOUNDATION THEN EVALUATES ALL PROGRAMS AT THE END OF A GRANT CYCLE FOR COST EFFECTIVENESS, CONTENT APPROPRIATENESS, RESULTS, MEASUREMENTS, ETC. AFTER THE GRANT OBJECTIVE ARE COMPLETED, THE FOUNDATION SHARES THE DATA PUBLICLY SO THAT OTHER GRANTMAKERS AND SOCIAL IMPACT ORGANIZATIONS CAN LEARN FROM THE FINDINGS AND IMPROVE THEIR SIMILAR OBJECTIVES. INTERNALLY, THE FOUNDATION MONITORS AND PRODUCES GRANT REPORTING AND PROGRAM IMPACT ANALYSES FOR ALL GRANT PROGRAMS.
